Ride hard and crash freely.
When you want padding that won't interfere with movement, pull on the Dakine Slayer Elbow Pads. They're light, low profile, and rugged, with a design that keeps them from sliding around and enough protection to save your elbows from injury and abrasion when you take a tumble down a desert wash or get friendly with some hardpack.
An aramid fiber covering protects against abrasion while a DK Impact foam pad provides some cushioning for your elbows, and AriaprenePro fabric teams up with a stretch mesh back panel to keep the Slayer snug and where it's supposed to be. Dakine also integrated silicone gripper elastic into the bonded hems for stability and treated the sleeve with Polygiene to fight off odor and keep your 'bows smelling like a fresh garden.

- Q & A
Worked great for her.
- Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
Got this as a gift and after a few months of use she has loved them so far. No issues with them riding up or down and they also seem to breathe nice.
Some others have had issues for sizing but they worked well for her smaller body.
- Fit: Runs small
- Size Bought: M
I am 5"9" 155. I have a pretty slender athletic build and in any other elbow guard I would be a medium. I didn't measure myself for lack of a tape, but I figured I couldn't go wrong with medium. Upon getting the pads, I literally could not pull them on past my elbow. I can't comment on the comfort of them since I could not even get them on. I'd hope the large would fit but I would be hesitant even for that. I can't imagine anyone fitting in the smalls other than a child. If you want to try these, go big!
Large runs very small

These look like well made, and I think they might be a nice option for what they are supposed to do. But, they run small. I ordered a size large, not even close. My biceps are 13.5in and forearms 11 in. I have biker arms, not weight lifter arms. I would suggest finding out what size your arm is before buying, and what size they actually are as this info is not in the description . Now I have to go to the trouble of shipping them back and paying for it.....Bummer.
