Love this sun shirt

The material of this sun shirt is so light and breathable. I have wide/large shoulders and big upper arms for a woman so I often struggle to find long sleeve shirts that aren’t either: uncomfortably tight in those spots (as womens mediums in most brands are for me), or way too long and wide (as womens larges in most brands are for me). I often end up buying men’s long sleeve shirts and sweatshirts because they have more room in the shoulders and arms. I was delighted to find the medium of this shirt plenty spacious in the shoulder/upper arm area, but it was somehow a little snug on my forearms, and the sleeves weren’t quite as long as I would have liked (couldn’t comfortably use the thumb holes). I went with a large for those reasons and while it is a bit baggy on me, it’s not excessively long or wide, it’s a cute baggy. I’ve worn it on a handful of hikes already and really like it. I like the material better than the REI Sahara Shade and the Janji sunchaser hoodies. Size wise, it’s much looser all over than the Men’s Medium I have in the REI shirt and the Women’s Medium I have in the Janji shirt. I would say it’s true to size, but looser in the shoulders than most women’s shirts. It also shows sweat the least of all my sun shirts, and the sweat stains seem to dry out quicker with this sun shirt than the others.
