Ceiling not waterproof
Bought this for camping to fit a picnic table in. It works great if the weather is nice. It rained and it was dripping through the ceiling all over the picnic table.

Information need it
How can I get the screen material Only?, last year the sun dried and destroyed it. I have the metal structure. Size 10*12. I have been looking everywhere and cannot find it.

Disappointed
Steel frame and ease of assembly is great. However, after two seasons in Wisconsin (stored inside during winter) the canvas top is shredded. Must buy a whole new unit to replace (can’t buy just the canvas and netting. Disappointed!

Poorly constructed
I have put this screen out up 3 different times according to the instructions. After mild wind and rain it has come down each time causing damage to the structure. Expensive screen house very dissatisfied. I have had this item less than a month. Purchased for my husband to be able to enjoy being outside as he recovers from heart surgery. It appears to be defective. I would like a replacement or refund for this product

Great Product!!
Using on my home deck as a screened in gazebo. It is perfect! The main issue was how difficult would it be to set up. GOOD NEWS!!! It’s as easy as putting up an umbrella…a little heavier of course but done with ease. Well made product. Wish warranty was longer than 1 year. I’m happy I chose this!

Great room!
Love this screen room. Spent a week on the lake and was able to spend the entire time enjoying the weather without the bugs. Best purchase ever !

Wind storm damage
This was for a shelter on our deck next to our house. We had a windstorm, not uncommon out here but I did not expect it to be as fast (15pmh) and our 3 month old canopy shredded. Unusable however the frame was solid and is in excellent shape.
