Great pick me up

Tasted good but didn’t see the benefit

Not for me

Good energy boost
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Clif Block Sours is the perfect pre and during workout to give a boost on that high intensity or when you need a boost to keep going on a medium intensity activity. Tastes good, but I had only half and saved the rest for later. Wish it was smaller in size.
