The Chris King R45D Conversion Kit updates the adjusting clamp alongside the axle and driveshell, and that update changes routine disc service on a disc brake build. The Gen 4 clamp lets the rotor come off without touching the adjusting clamp first, which removes one of the more fiddly steps from wheel service without requiring any additional parts.
