Challenge's new Easy-Fit Shape moulding process gently pre-forms the tire before it leaves the factory, making tubeless mounting and inflation noticeably more straightforward than with traditionally shaped tires. The Smart compound stays soft and responsive because it is never hardened by the heat of vulcanization, and PPS puncture protection adds a tightly-woven barrier between the tread and casing to keep flats from cutting a good ride short.
