Z/2 Classic Wide Sandal

The Chaco Women's Z/2 Classic Wide Sandal is trusted by serious outdoor enthusiasts for everyday adventures, rigorous hikes, and extended float trips thanks to its rugged durability and secure-fitting straps. Its refreshingly simple design uses eight components for a timeless aesthetic and reliability in demanding terrain, and this wide version serves up comfort and stability for those who find the originals too narrow. Pull-through adjustable webbing straps provide a fine-tuned fit. The trusty ladder lock buckle keeps the straps from migrating or loosening up as you walk long distances.

Ready for river runs and trips to the beach, the Z/2's wider footbed is textured to prevent your foot from sliding around once it's wet. A toe-loop provides additional forefoot control and a more secure fit that's extra handy when you're on the river. The LUVSEAT midsole cushions your every step and because it's suited for adventurous wear, the ChacoGrip rubber sole features 3mm lugs for aggressive traction across wet and dry surfaces alike.

Wide strap sandals are sloppy and unsafe on feet

I purchased the Wide size and it was a mistake. The shoes fit great when I first tried them on but after about a few wearings the straps stretched and are definitely way too long; the shoes feel very sloppy and unsafe. I wish I had known that. It’s a lot of money to spend and be unhappy with a product. I recently tried on regular width and I should have gone with that width. I wish I could do an exchange but they stretched as I wore them a couple of times

Summer Must Have!

The shoes are extremely comfortable and versatile! They are my go to shoes all summer long. I wish wide width came in more colors!

Hard soles make sore feet

These shoes are so uncomfortably hard. I wore them to break them in for about 4 hours. I went to the store for errands and finally went to a shoe store to get something new just to get out of them. My feet have hurt for weeks since.

Sandal Fit

I'm not in love with the sandals. I do like that they fit better than the size 9s I got last summer. I think I would get the regular width so that the heel arch fits in a better position on my foot.

Love These Sandals!!!!

I bought these 1 strap Chaco sandals to wear on a trip to Thailand and they are wonderful! I have wider feet, but they adjust easily, are very comfortable even after hours of walking around, slip on and off easily for entrance into all the Thai Temples, grip well on wet and rocky surfaces during the beginning of rainy season, and are a beautiful color on top of all that! I purchased similar 2 strap Chaco sandals years ago, but always struggled with their fit because I have wider feet, so they were never really very comfortable and I didn't want to wear them often. These 1 strap sandals are not like that at all! I look forward to wearing them on each new daily adventure! Love it!!! Thank you!

Wide sandals

These would be perfect if they were easier to adjust. The buckle keeps ending up on the top of my foot. Beyond that, they are perfect for my hobbit feet.

Plantar fasciitis is no match for my Chacos!

I’ve had the same pair for 10 years this month. I’ve lived in them. The soles are coming apart recently, so it’s time to either replace or repair them. But they have saved my feet so many times. I have plantar fasciitis and these let me walk without pain for as long as I want. The love I have for my chacos is unmatched. And my podiatrist approves!

Perfect fit!

I bought a pair of the puff shoes/slippers 4-5’months ago and just love them! They fit me perfectly and never leave any marks wear they rub. I wish I could get them in a different color I’m very pleased with them but I
