    Your secret weapon.

Take your runs to the next level with the CEP Progressive Run 2.0 Compression Socks. Offering graduated, medical-grade compression that improves blood circulation―and, therefore, energy, stamina, and performance―as well as support that can prevent shin splints and other muscle fatigue, these knee-highs are indispensable for the serious athlete. CEP is aware of how much you might come to depend on them, which is why it also included an anti-odor treatment so these socks don't become toxic stink-bombs as a result of daily wear.

    Gave as a Gift, Comfortable

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

These compression socks are comfortable. They have great compression through the leg and are difficult to get on--just as you'd expect from a true compression sock. If they're too difficult to get on and off, try wearing them once and then not washing them until you re-wear them a second time. They'll be easier to get one--probably have less compression though.

    Feels good

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

After long runs, long flights, or long bike rides I throw these on my feet before I go to bed. They have the right amount of compression and I like the fact that they are full socks versus calf only versions. Good quality, I expect they will last me a long time.

    Love CEP Compression

This is my second pair of the exact same socks. Not because my old ones wore out but I needed a backup for when the first pair is dirty. These are great for During or Post workout to help get blood moving, provide some support and help with recovery. CEPs fit system is great so you can make sure you get the right size.

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I wear compression socks everyday and have tried many different brands, this one so far has been fine, but nothing overly fantastic. Amazon has $10 ones that are comparable in quality.

      Great for Shin Splints

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
      • Fit: True to size

Bought these to help cure my shin splints, and they did just that (along with icing and thorough stretching). I won't run in normal socks again, as these really work well for both injury prevention and recovery. Highly recommended!

      Good for my runner

      • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I gave these as a gift to my husband, and he loves them so far. He runs 15 to 20 miles per week. They've helped keep him in good shape. Will definitely consider buying more pairs in the future.

      Great compression.

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
      • Fit: True to size

I got these on sale, and I find them to be greatly beneficial for my running. Less fatigue is mainly the best part of these socks. I use them mainly for long runs, and shorter easy runs. I would NOT recommend using these for high-intensity exercise, like speedwork. I did that once and they hurt. I love these for recovery, pre-race, and use during long runs. Super-breathable, durable, eye-catching. I think they look really cool with some short shorts or compression shorts. I have very skinny legs and I got a size III. A little bit of a trial to get on, but only 2 minutes or so for both.

Best Compression Socks I have tried

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have tried many different types of compression socks and the size III in this model fits me the best. I've put these through the wringer as a recovery sock and a sock I wear when I travel. I do find that my legs feel refreshed and recovered after wearing them. There are 2 things I recommend about these and other compression socks: 1) If you leave the house wearing them, please wear long pants and do not wear shorts. 2) I don't know what benefit these provide when you wear them cycling? I do know they make you look silly when you wear them while cycling!

      Great for calf tightness/cramps/soreness

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
      • Fit: True to size

First lets be clear .... a pair of $60 socks is a ridiculous notion. With that out of the way these are actually great for reducing calf cramps/tightness and soreness. I found this really helpful when making the switch to minimalist running shoes and forefoot running.

Also, fit is really important with these. So be sure to measure your half with a tape measure and follow the fit guide

      Unanswered Question

I recently purchased a pair of the Progressive Run 2.0 Compression Socks. I threw away the packaging before I read the care instructions. How should I wash and dry the socks?
      Thank you!
