Keep your cool.
In the heat of summer, we’d like to think that wearing “cooling” clothing actually does just that. And while you’ll feel cooler in the Castelli Chill Arm Sleeves, it’s actually your own body doing the cooling, with a little extra help.
The Prosecco Ice Material with Xylitol doesn’t magically cool your skin. What it does do is provide evaporation of water, which, in turn, produces the tangible cooling effect. The Castelli branded design on the sleeves actually disappears when you start to heat up, and this alerts you to dump some water on your sleeves—their construction is meant to absorb and hold water, prolonging the effects of cooling evaporation. The UPF is 50 to provide sun protection.

The sleeves them selves are are a great product and do what they are supposed to do. Protect your arms from the sun while not being excessively hot. Great if you have extensive tattoo work and ride in areas with extreme heat and don't wanna destroy your ink. My only complaint is they need to have a wider variety of sizing. If your a thinner rider like myself. 145 lbs they are just a tad loose. Rather strange coming from Castelli considering all their stuff usually runs small. For the price I'll keep emailing since my aunt in a seamstress and can take them in a bit.
Was looking keep my arm cool and protect from UV in the summer. It was better than expected. I biked with it on 97 degree hot day and it kept my arm cool all day, I think it's the new technology material does the job. now I put it on every time I go out for a long ride.
Being a high risk candidate for Melanoma, I am very conscious of riding in direct sunlight. I also look for anything to keep things cool during hot rides. The Castelli Chill Arm Sleeves have a 1 -2 punch and work as advertised!
Can you provide the size chart pls
