Blizzard-worthy style.

Just because temperatures are dipping into the single digits, doesn't mean you have to sacrifice all semblance of style just to leave the house in comfort. The Canada Goose Women's Rossclair Down Parka keeps you comfortably warm in temps as low as -10F while still keeping you looking good with its sleek silhouette and stylish details.

Down insulation offers high levels of warmth with relatively little weight or bulk, and the Arctic Tech fabric shields you from heavy snow and howling Arctic winds. Its slim cut highlights your feminine figure, and the asymmetric hem is longer in the back for increased protection and increased style. Not warm!

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: Medium
  • Height: 5'5"
  • Weight: 150lbs

Bought this jacket for my mother who wanted a warm jacket. She wore it out one day when temps were 15degrees in NYC and she was freezing! She said that it felt like she didn’t even have on a coat.
I am so disappointed in the jacket and in the Canada Goose line. It’s a very expensive jacket that provides no warmth for my mother.

Timeless Investment

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit: True to size
  • Size Bought: XS
  • Height: 5'2"
  • Weight: 110lbs

I purchased this for my sister for her birthday and she is in love. Living in Utah, we face some pretty harsh winter conditions, and she tends to sacrifice warmth for style in her coats. This coat fulfills both style and incredible warmth. She's quite small, and I was worried the XS would be too big even, but it fit her perfectly, even with her current baby bump! This is a coat she will wear for a lifetime.

Rossclair Parka

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size

This parka fits true to size so look at the measurements, and order your normal size. If between sizes, order one size down. This jacket was designed with layering in mind, so don't be surprised if you are spot on in the measurements and this fits "bigger". This jacket is rated as a 3 on Canada Goose's Thermal Experience Index, meaning that it offers fundamental warmth fashioned for everyday use. The cut and shape of this coat, as well as the interior drawstring waist, has the woman with curves in mind. Contour tapering and its seamless design offer not only superb warmth but a complimentary silhouette. Rossclair Parka

Beautiful and warm parka

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: Medium
  • Height: 5'8"

The coat is absolutely beautiful. I bought it as a complete splurge during a backcountry sale in December. I have been pleasantly surprised how warm this coat keeps me during a Minnesota winter. Even in negative wind chills (-10ish) I am still extremely warm. This coat is rated a 3, so I would not wear it in extreme cold such as -25 and below. If you are looking a parka in the extreme cold I would recommend the Mystique parka. However in normal cold conditions the coat is great. Also the overly large hood is perfect for keeping both the wind and snow out of my face. The zipper in the back is also perfect for when you have to sit wearing the coat. This style is meant to fit very snug to preserve body heat, so the added zipper is great for when I do drive wearing my parka. Highly recommend especially the military green color.

Arms not warm zipper doesn't engage well

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: Runs small
  • Size Bought: large and returned for XL
  • Height: 5'1"
  • Weight: 135lbs

I had to size up in order to wear layers. Arms do not keep you warm and has cold areas. Fur lining seems uneven and spotty.
This coat could be wonderful if it kept me warm when it is windy or in a hockey rink. The purpose for the purchase was to wear in the cold winters in NH and to stay warm in the hockey arena.

Cold spots in sleeves

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: True to size

This is a beautiful jacket. Unfortunately, I tried it on and stepped outside in Minnesota in 15 deg weather and my arms were immediately cold. I was only wearing a long sleeved cotton t-shirt underneath and there was a slight wind - but really! I can't see paying this much for a jacket that leaves your arms cold when it isn't even that cold out. I am sending it back.
