The Black Diamond Cork Trekking
The Black Diamond Cork Trekking Pole is a great pick for you. Its cork grip stays comfortable and sweat-free on long hikes, while the sturdy aluminum build ensures durability without being too heavy. The easy-to-use FlickLock system lets you adjust the pole quickly. Plus, with interchangeable tips and baskets, it’s perfect for any terrain you might encounter.

Love the poles, very light
Love the poles, very light and very comfortable on the wrist and hands. The only downside is not having a cover for the tips for concrete/harder surfaces. The latch also works very well, keeps everything in place!

Cork poles
Very sturdy. Only two minor changes I would like are the cork handles to be a little bigger diameter and the left and right stencil to be easier to see.

durable and reliable on AT thru hike
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
- Height:
- 6' 3"
- Weight:
- 220
I used these poles on my AT NOBO thru hike 2023 and they lasted the entire 2198.4 miles. I only replaced the tips once and the poles never broke despite several falls resulting in bent poles. No problem tho, I bent them back into shape, finished the hike, and summitted Kahtadin. I've retired my poles to the mantle and broke out my second pair. These are super great poles, very durable, very reliable. I'll def buy more. PS I also used these poles on the approx 200 miles of shake down hikes before the AT:)

Solid Poles
So stoked on my new trekking poles! I had used a friend's pair for a multi-day hike through Mantario and they were so good, I had to get some for myself.
