Screws in base plate contain nickel 👎
This headlamp broke me out (I am allergic to nickel), and I now have a dime sized scar on the center of my forehead from contact to my skin. The light itself and recharging capability is great. However, the base plate has two small screws within it that contain nickel. Do not recommend if you have an allergy. Please make a headlamp without the screws so I can use them.

Stay away from Black Diamond products!!!
Had this headlamp for less than a year and now it won’t charge.. because I don’t have the receipt anymore they will not help troubleshoot the problem and only offer a 40% coupon - one, the product broke within a year and two they don’t stand behind their product when a customer owns it - thing still looks brand new but won’t charge! Plenty of other brands to choose from - look at reddit forums of people who had the same issues!

Compact, light, and bright headlamp
Well built, light-weight headlamp that has a powerful beam that you can adjust by just holding the button which fades the brightness down and up to get the exact level desired. Built in batter lasts a long time. Two thumbs up!

Good basic unit
My headlamp is very bright and I appreciate the dimmer switch feature and the rechargeable lithium battery. It would have been nice to have the red light feature for night work, but that feature doesn't come with this model. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

Lightweight, practical

BEST LAMP EVER
not only is this lamp very easy to use, but this lamp is BRIGHT. I use this headlamp for my evening runs, early morning hikes and whatever other activities that require a good quality headlamp. I love it.
