Black Crows built the Sector Adjustable Ski Poles for the kind of day that doesn't stick to one plan, a short approach here, a lap through deep snow there, maybe a scramble up an unexpected ridge in between. The adjustable length runs from 110cm to 135cm, so you can shorten up for a climb and extend back out for the descent without missing a beat. A flexible 90mm basket keeps the pole from disappearing into soft snow, useful whether you're skinning or just skiing a powder day at the resort.

A 100% aluminum shaft in a durable 7075 alloy gives the poles real staying power against the kind of abuse a big mountain day dishes out, while an ergonomic handle with extended grip gives you a solid hold no matter how you're holding the pole.
