Good, not great.

Comfortable and helps keep the back a little warmer. Doesn't work great for the same reason a sleeping bag doesn't keep you warm in a hammock. You're compressing the insulation. If this were designed like an underquilt to wrap around the back/bottom of the chair it could work so much better. On the plus side it works great as a pillowcase. Just roll a puffy jacket in it from the bottom up and tuck into the upper corners and you have a very comfortable pillow. .
