    Weekend warrior.

From rugged weekends in the wilderness to long days by the lake with friends, keep everything you need for your next adventure cold with the Yeti Tundra 45L Limited Edition Cooler. This nearly indestructible cooler handles your roughest adventures without batting an eye, and keeps your food and drink cold for days. The 45L model is sized to hold everything you and a partner or two need for a couple days of camping, or enough frosty beverages to slake the thirsts of your entire crew during a long day on the water.

With its extra-thick Fatwall design, PermaFrost insulation, and ColdLock gasket, the Tundra isn't scared of triple-digits days in Texas or steamy summers in Florida. Rotomolded construction ensures it can withstand long hauls into the wilderness and survive falls from truck beds, and the T-Rex heavy-duty rubber latches, military-grade DoubleHaul handles, and NeverFail hinge system add peace of mind knowing the components won't fail you. Barefoot non-slip feet keep the cooler from sliding around on boat decks and truck beds, and AnchorPoint tie-down slots allow extra security for bumpier excursions.

    Keeps things real cold!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

    This cooler is incredible.

I was a little skeptical of the size when I first got it, but it has far exceeded my expectations. It can be a little cramped, but if you're do frozen meal prep and pack it like an expert, you can fit a lot of food in the cooler. The maiden voyage for this beauty was a on a four day canoe trip in Canyonlands NP in the Utah desert. We froze all our food before hand and using only a thing of dry ice, our food stayed fine for the entire time. We also fit enough food for four people for four days!

    These coolers are great.

    I get it now.

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I always thought YETI coolers were overpriced and overrated...but I recently learned that I was quite wrong. I'd been on the verge of picking one up for a while, but when I saw the Coral colorway on the site, I jumped on it immediately. The color is gorgeous--it looks almost salmon-colored in certain lighting. The construction is sturdy, and the handles are comfortable to hold even when the cooler is full. It's also the perfect size for a long weekend trip (or a full week if it's just one person). I don't eat meat or dairy much, so that saves me some room in the cooler for a 6-pack or a bottle of whiskey. That said, if you're a meat eater or want to put both your drinks and your food in one place, I'd recommend bumping up to the 65L size. I'm so glad I finally got myself a YETI, and I highly doubt this will be my last product from them.
