Puts your old cooler to shame.
Stop dealing with cheap coolers that break, leak, and let you down at the worst possible times. The Yeti Tundra 45 Cooler is heavily insulated, UV-resistant, and damn-near indestructible, making it perfect for everything from days on the lake or beach to camping and hunting trips.
Permafrost insulation keeps your 26 cans cold as ice for far longer than standard coolers, and Rotomolded construction makes it grizzly-proof. No, literally. They tested this thing against two actual grizzlies, and when the dust settled, the Tundra 45 was still intact and the bears still hungry.
The Doublehaul handles are made with military-grade nylon rope so you don't have to worry about it breaking when you're halfway between your car and your duck blind. Bearfoot non-slip feet keep your cooler from sliding around the boat, and molded tie-down slots allow for extra security in case you want to use your Tundra 45 as a casting platform while you fish. When the ice finally melts, you can release all the water with a quick twist of the Vortex Drain System.

AWESOMEEE!!!
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
Cooler is great. The day i got it, i put 2 8lb bags of ice in it...it lasted 8 days before it was all melted. Took it on a hunting trip, it was cold out side but no ice melt in the 4 days i was there at all. Cannot beat it. Was smaller than i thought but its still an awesome cooler!
Awesome.
got the tan color and am more than happy. the 45 is the perfect size for a weekend trip. if you're in between the 45 and 65 id recommend sizing up as ice can take up more space than expected because it just does not melt.
They aren't #1 for no reason

What can I say, Yeti never disappoints. The 45 is the perfect size for a day or weekend trip. Ice last all weekend and keeps everything fresh and cold. Also, the rack that is included is super convenient.
If you want your 6 pack and steaks to stay cold while looking like the manliest man out there then this is the perfect cooler
best cooler
The best cooler i have ever owned. Keeps everything cool for a LONG time. Worth the price - will have for years!
What Can I Say?...It's a Yeti!
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
These things rock! They keep everything cold for SO long. Definitely no complaints here!
Yeti 45- day tripper and weekend warrior
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
The cost is definitely a bite, but it's so worth it! We use this for car camping and day trips and have been blown away at how well it keeps ice. It also has been used as a seat and table. In its down time it serves as a storage-coffee table in front of the couch at home!
Super Insulated
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
As with all Yeti coolers, the insulation is amazing...keeping our food cold on an 800 mile trip with just basic ice blocks. This model is a little bulky and the actual space to store food is smaller than l was expecting, but still the best cooler I own.
Raccoons
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I got this about a year ago. I wasnt sure it was worth the price, but i rolled with it. It has gone a few trips with us now, but most recently it showed its true colors. We were car camping and at the end of the night threw all the food in the cooler, shut it tight, and went to bed. We heard raccoons prowling around at night. The next morning our friends cooler was stuck in the bushes but ours hadn't budged one bit. Pretty happy
Yeti Rocks it again
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
Love our new cooler. Just did a Colorado river trip and had cold beers and cocktail ice for all three nights. The trick is to get solid ice blocks. The ones you buy from the grocery store have a lot of air in them and melt faster. Either make your own or check your area for a supplier.
Doubles as a Seat
Lives up to the hype!
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
It's sturdy. Holds a lot. Latches tight. Has a spot to lock it if needed. Strong handles to carry it. The ice we put in there lasted almost all weekend without being too conscious of leaving it open or in the sunlight. Also it was hot, so I was very pleased!
Expensive... should work better
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
Wanted something mainly for car camping purposes, based on the reviews, thought this would do the trick. Packed with 12lbs of ice, some food and a couple drinks. It was 80 degrees during the day, within 24 hours, most of the ice melted, on day 2, all the ice was melted. We kept the cooler shut and in the shade- not sure what happened, but would've expected a little better performance for the price. Backcountry rep reached out and offered some advice, so we will try this again... UPDATE- tried it again with more ice and less food (also cooler temps outside), ice still partially melted in less than 24 hours. I wouldn't recommend spending the money
keeps em cold
Ice lasts a long time and makes a good table/chair if need
I'll never need another cooler
This cooler is spacious - it holds lots of beverages and keeps them cold for days! It's a little on the heavy side but is durable enough to never need another cooler.
Pricey But Worth It
I've got a variety of rambler colsters, bottles, and lowballs that I love and decided it was finally time to upgrade my Coleman and spring for a cooler. As with all Yeti products, the price was hard to swallow but I trust that it will be a worthwhile long term investment. I bought mine in white though I see the argument for a more dirt friendly tan or blue. The included dry goods basket was a nice surprise.

Need I say More?

I think the Yeti name speaks for itself at this point. This cooler really is worth the investment. It holds ice for DAYS. I've been out for 4 or 5 day trips, putting 2 bags of ice in on day one, and still had to dump actual ice cubes out when I returned home. That's something I've never experienced with a cooler. I'm used to buying a bag a day or every other day at best. The durability on this thing is also beyond expectations. It is grizzly tested and approved. Simply throw some locks on (has built in holes to lock) and you don't have to worry about any critters, big or small, getting in.
I strongly recommend these to anyone and would love to answer any questions, so feel free to reach directly out.
Believe the Hype
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
I can understand why people would be hesitant to shell out over 300 bucks for a cooler, but there's simply no denying the quality of Yeti products. This thing is literally built like a tank. It's heavy, thick, and truly does keep your stuff cold for days.
If you're going out for a camping trip and want to keep your food and drink cold the whole time, this cooler is the ticket.
YETI Tundra 45 Cooler
This cooler kept ice for 5 days in Indian Creek, Utah. Can't ask for more out of a cooler. Just be sure to size it right or you will be forced to drink less cold beer on longer trips.
Best cooler ive ever owned
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
This cooler blows all my previous coolers out of the water. Everything about it screams quality. Its a bit spendy but after destroying multiple other coolers we decided to give this one a shot and so far its been amazing. I would suggest going up one size from whatever size you think you want since the inside can get a little cramped with how beefy the side walls are.
