Roadie 20 Cooler

There's nothing worse then reaching into the cooler and pulling out a lukewarm soda or soggy sandwich, but the Yeti Roadie 20 Personal Cooler will make such problems a thing of the past. It holds more than enough for a day at the job site, on the water, or at the golf course with a rugged Rotomold design that can take a serious beating without denting or breaking. PermaFrost insulation seals in all your precious cold, while the No-Sweat design keeps condensation at bay and the Bearfoot non-slip feet mean you won't spend all your time making sure your cooler doesn't slide away. Yeti built in a Vortex drain, too, so you can easily dump water when it's time to pack up and go.

  • PermaFrost insulation holds ice for days
  • ColdLock gasket and InterLock lid lock in cold and seal out heat
  • NeverFail hinge system won't break over time

Not too big, and not too small...

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

Just like Goldilocks would say... this cooler is juuuuuust the right size. Especially if you utilize Yeti's ice packs and do a thoughtful food packing job, there is plenty of room for one-three nights worth of food storage in here. The key is to keep beer and beverages in a separate cooler which I usually keep in one of my soft coolers where ice storage is less critical so you can keep your food properly stored. Another great thing about this cooler compared to other Yeti's coolers is that I can actually carry this one! If I use any cooler that is fully packed and bigger than this I have a really hard time carrying it on my own! Now I definitely wouldn't recommend this for large families and/or week long trips, but for an individual, couple, or small family out for one to three nights, this is juuuuuust right.

I would love to have a yeti cooler but I cant afford one but would love to have one thank you

Great little cooler!

Perfect size, beautiful colors and keeps ice cold for 3 days! The only negative is it is kinda heavy for such a small thing.

Yeti Always!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

The Roadie 20 is well worth it, I promise! The amount of ice I had left in the bottom after a weekend camping trip to Zion NP (mid summer) was shocking. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the handle. It has locks on the sides to prevent the bar from falling down. But, I found it a little difficult to lower and raise quickly.

Fit for the Night King

I keep trying to test how long it will take for my stuff to warm up, but I'm never able to wait long enough. It's crazy.

Love this cooler! The reef blue is by far my favorite color Yeti offers. This cooler was perfect for our beach trip!

Extremely Disappointed

Familiarity:
I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I purchased this for my husband for his birthday. 1st time he used it put cold drinks in then filled with ice. We put it in our Jeep (top on and a/c) and drove 12 hours to Orlando. When we got to the hotel 75% of the ice was melted. Next day filled it up with ice, left the yeti in the hotel, when we returned to the hotel that night all the ice was melted (about 14 hours). For the rest of the week he tried a number of different ways to keep ice and the longest it held ice was maybe 24 hours. It was never left in the sun or in a location where the temperature was above 72 degrees. Tried leaving water in it, tried filling it up with just ice. Nothing worked. He has a number of less then $50 coolers that keep ice for longer then this $200 Yeti. Thought I was getting him a good birthday present, ended up being a birthday fail. So disappointed in this Yeti cooler.

Great Compact Yeti Cooler

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Not really much to add to what has already been said. This is a great little cooler. I love the handle, as it makes it much easier for one person to carry. I got this in "seafoam" and received multiple compliments on the cool color. As with all Yeti's, the inside is much smaller than it seems from the outside. This would be the perfect size to fit food for an overnight camping trip for one person. I am always impressed with how long ice stays cold in Yetis. Definitely recommend!

"Cool" colors. Perfect design

Familiarity:

Strong. Easy to use. Awesome colors. Keeps drinks ice cold. What more could you ask for? Bought this to use as a seat/stash for my paddle board and it works perfect! This is my fourth Yeti cooler (so you know I"m a fan) and it will not be the last.

Perfect!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I love this little Yeti! It fits perfectly between the passenger and back seat in my car (2014 Outback), holds a weekends worth of cold food and ice, keeps it all cold, and is sturdy as can be. Easy to pack full of brews, sandwitch fixings, eggs and bacon, or whatever else you could need! Makes a great seat too when you forget yours.

Best Cooler!!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

This cooler is the perfect size for me to go out on week-long trips! It’s enough space to pack the essentials and keeps ice for FOREVER. I ice it before I go, so the ice keeps waaaaay longer. It’s small enough to shove in a car or bed of the truck and easy to lift when fully packed. This thing is AWESOME. I’ve had larger yetis in the past but this small guy is my favorite. Best quality, best cooler, best brand in the business.

Pretty good

Doesn't quite offer the same efficiency that a soft sided cooler offers.

13 beers to go, please

portable version of the best cooler there is.

Great cooler for a day trip

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I previously received a Yeti 50 as a present which has been great. However, it is too big, heavy and bulky for when I am going on a day trip and am just packing a sandwich, a six pack and a couple Gatorades. Enter the Yeti 20. Same great ability to keep everything ice cold for a long time, but light enough to put a few items in and throw into the truck.

Small but Cold

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

This has been perfect for 1 person, 1 weekend type of trips. I can fit a handful of beverages, with some food and ice to keep it cold. Perfect amount for a few days at a time. I love the big flip handle, super sturdy as expected from Yeti. If you want a yeti but can't afford the large ones or if you want the small yeti inside the car this one is great!

Can't believe how long the cold lasts

I use it every time i go for a bike ride. I've left my drinks in the cooler for 2 days, and they're still chill!

Worth the premium

It's hard to know why Yeti is so praised until you actually have one. It performs substantially better than all the cheap coolers that have cycled in and out of my life. The straps make it easy to carry - this size in particular, easily handled by one person. We freeze the cooler itself with a little water in the bottom before taking it on long trips - it can really run the distance!
