Too Expensive for a piece of string, the unit should have come with this

Overpriced item which should be
Overpriced item which should be standard equipment in the roam or bolt box. It should also be elastic. It should also have a standard screw head with either a flat or philips head. Instead it has a minuscule allen key size. And maybe wahoo should include that wrench with the tether.

It's OK, but why is it not included??
It's a real bummer that Wahoo doesn't include this with the device. the cord is very thin and longer than you'd expect, but it does feel strong. Be careful with the tiny screw, it would be easy to strip the threads, and the screw head is teeny tiny.

After losing a Bolt computer
After losing a Bolt computer in the bushes on a mountain bike wipeout I've never ridden without a leash. Such a great value to keep from losing an expensive bike computer. Also buys a little time on not getting your computer stolen when you walk in a cafe to get your coffee.

Awesome product
The tether is great and provides additional security of unit if the mount falls off. I have an aluminum mount that also holds my light which connects underneath my aero bars.

Change screw
Works fine but installation a pain! I ad to buy a new set of hex keys to find one small enough to fit your screw. Ridiculous!

I like the tether but
I like the tether but it should have come with the new Elemnt at no additional cost. It’s a piece of plastic on a string.

A very cheep tether. Compare
A very cheep tether. Compare the same with the Garmin and you will see what I mean. The cost is outrageous for a simple piece of string with an attachment to the device. Not worth it !
