- Q & A
Liked it until...
- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
So I purchased this wagon with the intent to use it on walks with my kids. I received it in the mail and was so excited, put it together and took it for a spin. It manureved great and was very sturdy, exactly what I was looking for. Until we were about halfway through our walk. My son was strapped in the front seat and slipping a little bit he reached over to adjust himself and then I heard screeming. His finger had gotten caught in the wheel!! I immediately stopped and got his finger out it was torn and bleeding. If I hadn’t noticed or heard him and kept going his finger could have broken. As soon as we got home from our walk I called the company and told them what had happened. I asked them if there was something they could do. I told them it needed a guard on it like the other wheels. I didn’t want this to happen to another child. There response “it meets all safety standards if you want to send it back you can”. Seriously! That’s all they had to say. Not “we will look into it” or “I’m sorry that happened”, “thank you for letting us know”, nothing. I said they needed to be aware and maybe look into fixing it so no one else got hurt. Isn’t that what we and they are supposed to do when a child gets hurt? I suppose they don’t care. What customer service they have. In the end I sent it back because I couldn’t bare it to happen again, I was afraid it would happen again, my son was now afraid of it, and lack of customer service or caring about the customer. I don’t normally write reviews but I just wanted to let other parents out there know if they purchase the Veer cruiser to watch out for the safety hazard and to make sure no one else gets hurt.

- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I saw this wagon and immediately wanted it. We typically use our Thule Chariot or Urban Glide so when we were thinking about getting a wagon the thought a standard Radio Flyer just wasn't going to cut it. This wagon can easily be pulled or pushed, has seat belt buckles for kids (great for safety and to actually keep kids inside the wagon), has foot space, and you can add different accessories (cup holders, sun shade). I've had 2 3 year olds in this with plenty of space. I gave it a 4/5 because the handle and the brake have both momentarily gotten stuck. I was able to fix it each time but for $600 I was surprised to see this happen.
