order no. b4334888712 purchase date - november 27th, 2023 I wore the Vasque Talus XT GTX first time on July 21st on a steep hike. These shoes provide no support to the back of the feet and rubs terribly and caused extreme blisters because it has no cushioning at that place; it provides cushioning only on the shaft but not at the back of the feet. I have merrells as well bought from you that have cushioning from top to bottom so i never had any issue at my any hike. i bought the vasque for my summer adventure so i thought lemme just try them this time but my whole day was ruined because of the bad shoe quality. As these are still under warranty, I would really want to either return them and get the store credit so I can buy something else or whatever you suggest. i hope you understand that having a good shoe is must especially when you are a hiker. please and thank you for understanding. i really hope for a solution.

My 3rd pair of Vasques! ! These Talus boots are another win for Vasque. For sure! Snug and comfortable right out of the box, and feel most similar to my last pair of Talus UltraDry boots that served me well for 10+ years. I’ve been wearing their boots for 26+ years in total! I tried a different competitor brand first, hoping they would suffice but alas, they just didn’t fit well. Vasque boots are lightweight, not clunky at all. The vibram sole and GTX feature are part of what makes my love affair, and brand loyalty to Vasque a lasting one.
