Breeze LT GTX Hiking Boot
It's time to get rid of those old, heavy hiking boots and actually match your fast hiking pace with a pair that keeps up. Look no further than the Vasque Breeze LT GTX Hiking Boots. A new, lighter weight addition to the Breeze line-up, these Gore-Tex waterproof boots support your ankles, cushion the bottoms of your feet, and block wetness, all without adding a lot of extra weight to the end of your leg. The molded rubber toe bumper boosts front protection, and a combination of synthetic microfiber and TPU mesh on the upper mixes durability and breathability for warm-weather hikes.
Arguably the most important features of any good hiking boots are their shock-absorption and aggressive grip underfoot. Checking both these boxes, the Enduralast EVA midsole soaks up jarring vibration while the Vibram Ground Control LiteBase outsole maintains reliable traction with every step, but with 25% less weight than regular Vibram Ground Control outsoles. The Vibram sole boasts a MegaGrip compound for unrelenting grip across variable terrain, ranging from slick rock outcroppings to slippery moss-lined boulders and dusty desert trails.

Already many miles on these boots and could not be happier. Best pair of hiking boots I've ever had. Hiked the Oregon Coast Trail in wet & muddy conditions and these boots made all the difference.

My last pair of Vasques ran large, so I tried this one. I wear a 9 and my last pair I moved to an 8.5. I ordered a 9 here and thought my toes would break off. They are narrow and small . I will try a size up, but not sure if I can overcome the narrowness.

Very narrow

I was sad I had to return these. The toe box is extremely narrow. I normally wear a size 7 and I bought a 7.5 and it was still tight

I bought these last minute before a 3-day backpacking trip on the Lost Coast Trail in California (about 25 miles total on sandy + rocky terrain). I had worn running shoes on all of my past backpacking trips and had rolled my ankles constantly, so I wanted to prepare for a more technical hike. These were perfect! I ordered a size up (I normally wear 8-8.5, I ordered a 9.0) and they fit perfectly - I have fairly wide feet but the normal width was fine. They were extremely lightweight, waterproof (which I tested accidentally), supportive, and comfortable - not to mention super chic for hiking boots. And they still look practically brand new.

I bought this boot because I am very pleased with the fit of my Vasque Breeze III. I was looking for a second pair and decided to go with the LT. First day out, 12 miles, 2000 ft and they performed like a dream. It was like wearing ballet slippers to dance up the mountain, but they gave lateral support when I needed it. I tried the 9 and the 9.5 because reviewers had said that they sized small. I stayed with my typical size (9 or 40 European sizing); I have a small volume foot and found that the fit was true, though perhaps not roomy enough for a person with a medium or large volume foot.

I wore these on my Colorado Trail thru hike and loved them! I previously had used the Breeze III boots on my AT thru but when these came out I had to try because they were so light! I was not disappointed! They still have the Vibram soles which help grip on slippery surfaces and they kept my feet warm even when trekking through the snow and hail. Highly recommend! **In normal life I wear a 7.5 but I usually go a whole size up for hiking boots, I found that these run a bit small and went with 9's which fit great and allowed for my toes to breathe.

Love

Lightweight but plenty of ankle support and great traction. Super comfy, good flex. It's been hard to find a good pair of lightweight, waterproof hiking boots. I want to be able to cross streams without wet feet and cross talus fields with some ankle coverage, but don't need an extra 2 pounds on my feet to do that- these fit the bill. Toe box could be a bit roomier. If you're a split size go up.
