Chill be gone
I got my bf and myself a set for Christmas and haven’t needed leggings (Florida) but used the shirt as did he and I can’t imagine 4.0 because 3.0 is amazing! Just ordered my 2nd shirt and I pair it with my heated vest and a flannel if needed. Don’t wait just go for it!!!!!kat629

Sizing is smaller than before
I love these base layers for winter for snowboarding and lounging while watching kids outdoor sports during the winter. I bought a new set of 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0 base layers since I gained weight in the last year. My old ones are XS so I ordered size small. I am 5’0” and 130 lbs. the small seems just as tight as the xs. My dimensions fit the size chart for small but the armpits are super tight and uncomfortable. Not sure what has happened to the sizing. May have to size up from normal size.

Hope your head is small
I have an average size head for a 5’3” woman weighing 115 pounds. Getting my head through the neckline requires substantial effort to wear a size that actually fits me. Be forewarned that even though the shirt fits very nicely you will feel like you are popping a cork to get your head through the neck hole.

Fits snug!

Wanted to love this, but it was just too snug in the armpit area for me to be comfortable and in the chest. I ordered a medium and it almost fit perfect. Material is great and a large would be too big. I’m a 34b and 130 lbs. I’m 5’6 so maybe it would fit better if I was taller. Had to return.

Really warm under layer
Really warm underlayer. Used to ski on freezing temp and this plus good ski jacket was enough… even when it was snowing… The only thing is that it feels way different then the 2.0 shirt. I also have one of that and the 3.0 is more stiff and feels smaller. Specially in the neck and chest.

Warm and comfortable
I purchased this Base Layer 3 shirt when I visited our local outlet store to place an order for another Under Armour shirt I liked. This shirt is thicker than a normal under layer shirt but is still comfortable if you wanted to wear additional layers. The cut of the shirt is super nice you might not want to hide it, though! It has thumb hole openings which are nice. I wore it alone several times since I bought it and was pleased at how well it kept me warm. I liked it so much I went to get a second one. They had sold out of the 3s but I snagged a 2 at least! My only negative comment would be it looks wrinkled when you remove it from the dryer. I only air dried it so maybe some heat might have gotten the wrinkles out. It's black so not that noticeable. Great shirt. I tried to get a 2nd one so obviously am happy with my purchase!

I would recommend this to a friend I will say that I have an older 2.0 bass set, and I feel like that does keep me warmer, my older 2.0 set has a waffle like material that Traps heat, I don't necessarily get that with this set, although it is much thicker

Warm, stays put
This baselayer works well for cold weather running, but 2 things that are worth mentioning: 1) the sleeves and thumb holes are the right length for me and I am 5’2” (so would definitely be too short for most) and it doesn’t really stretch much so not super forgiving, and 2) the neckline is too high for me, tends to press across the front of my neck which bothers me somewhat.

What is the length like? I prefer a longer top and longer sleeves.

Is the fit designed to be a true base layer under other shirts? Or is it loose enough to be a stand alone shirt under a jacket?

Would this be adequate for jogging during winter (down to -15 -20 Celcius) or skiing as an under layer?

I am right on the line in terms of size b/t a LG & XL. Bust is 40” & waist 37. Which size would be the best without looking too large or too small? Thank you, Pam
