It's lighter than most chairs and comes at a great price. there are more comfortable and lighter chairs out there but they are more than twice the price of this one.

For some background, I am 74, and I am in very good physical condition considering I've dealt with a hemispherical spinal cord injury affecting my right side partially paralyzing my right leg, arm and hand and weakening the right side of my core for 32 years. I bought the chair so I could remove my shoes and other garments allowing me to get into my tent without dragging dirt, sand, mud, etc. into the tent. This chair is great. It's light and compact when folded. It's easy to assemble, even by me while mostly using my left hand. It feels sturdy to sit in and stable, and it is quite comfortable. Also it is high enough to easily get in and out of. I don't feel as though I'm going to tip or fall out. The feet are designed to work on both hard and soft surfaces and they do that well. Remarkably it is easy to disassemble and pack in the provided bag as well. In short, it's a great chair.
