Great meal, but more work than others

This seemed to require more effort than the Backpackers Pantry breakfast skillet. Great option, but definitely more of a hassle than the standard backpacking meal.

Great Stuff

I've used it several times

I'm usually not a huge fan of BP eggs, but these are actually pretty good. GTG and Trailtopia seem to be the best out there as of now.

Bring the tortillas

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I had these for breakfast the other day. As mentioned in the other review, don't forget your pan. Once the eggs rehydrate in the bag, they cook like they were fresh. Would have made great burritos, had I not forgetten the tortillas..... Great meal!

Know you still have to cook it

I've put it through the wringer

It was mighty tasty, but you still have to cook it. I was lucky one of the guys ended up bringing a pan so we could still cook off the eggs. Otherwise, you are having powdered egg soup. Everything else is cooked then dehydrated so you are safe to eat it if you must. "Cook in a non-stick pan for optimal flavor, and pack along tortillas and hot sauce for a delicious breakfast burrito. " They aren't kidding. Amazing burrito material here.
