    Microbrew for max-flavor stew.

Whether you're washing it down with a cold one or just wish you were, the Trailtopia Bent Paddle Beer Braised Chicken Stew is the perfect meal for a night on the trail. For this stew Trailtopia teamed up with Duluth Minnesota's Bent Paddle Brewing Co. to use extract from their ESB Ale and special malt for added flavor. Add that to the mix of premium elbow noodles, tomato flakes, chicken, carrot, potato, hemp seed, onion, and a homemade seasoning blend and you've got a hearty and easy-to-make stew. With two included servings you can share it with a friend or just chow down before bed.

    tasty

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Trailtopia has been putting some great stuff out and they're quickly becoming a fav. This isn't an exception, and everyone I went with dug this the most. Tastes fantastic.

    "beered" if up!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

We had this the other night and my husband had the idea to add a beer to the water. It tasted great, but note that boiling beer has a tendency to cook over quickly.......

    Good flavor

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

One of my favorites that Trailtopia makes. I enjoyed the flavor. It was something new and different from most backpacking food I've had.
