Love my new hideaway!

System works well.
The product is working very well. I needed some tech support. They responded in a timely manner but didn't offer much in the way of assistance. In other words, I had a unique installation and they didn't offer much help in getting my issue resolved.

Thule HideAway
Great product - easy to install. Mounted on my 144 wb Mercedes Sprinter. 10.7 fits perfect from side slider to rear of vehicle - huge coverage and very easy to operate.

Seems good
I would give 5 stars but they should include mounting brackets for the price point. Was a pain in the butt to have to order the brackets after the fact

Great Awning but needs better mounting options
The awning itself is great. Does everything advertised. I needed a very simple mounting option and found that the adapters for mounting offered by Thule are very limiting. I only needed a horizontal bolt to mount to my roof rack to an existing flange(6 points) and they have nothing. Customer service, although attentive, pointed me right back to their available retail adapters on the website. I have had to purchase these and then modify everything to make it work.
