I kept it because I needed the coat, but would not buy again
It's a beautiful parka. The description stated it is standard fit, which is what I was looking for. The reality is that it is slim fit. Big difference.

Fitted at waist - very flattering, lightweight and versatile
Last year I bought a blue size M, liked it so much that just bought a second one, black size L. It is very lightweight, it covers my bottom - which is great to wear with leggings. Its warm and windproof. Its fitted at the waist, and its my favorite because of that.

I would buy this jacket again and again.
I use this parka almost daily, for everything from my daily walk or going to town. I love the weight and warmth of this jacket, the fit, and how it looks.

Perfect Blend of Style and Warmth!
I absolutely love my North Face jacket! It's incredibly lightweight, stylish, and keeps me warm in all kinds of weather. I'm on my fourth one now because I wore out the first two from constant use. I even have two in different colors because I can't get enough of them. Highly recommend!

Logo pealing off
I have had this jacket for a year, and the logo is pealing off. Otherwise a great jacket.

Returned
I've purchased this same jacket three times over the years. When the current version arrived, I was disappointed. The logo has been downgraded from stitching to stamp on.

Coo Jacket
This seemed liked the perfect "in-between" jacket for me. Loved the way it fit. For the price iI decided to make do with what I had because the top of the zipper was annoying me the whole day since I did not need a hood for a moderately cool day.

Dependable staple through the years
Just bought this coat again to replace a previous edition of it from 2016. The former coat has held up great and I'm keeping it still - only issue was the snow/water repellent coating finally wore out after 8 years, but otherwise these are clearly built to last, so pleased to get another edition of this dependable coat! A sizing note - I'm 34C/28" waist/36" hip and usually wear a small in tops. My 2016 coat was a medium, but always felt a tad loose. This time I bought a small. It fits great - slightly more snug over a t shirt and wool sweater combo, but even then not too tight as to be uncomfortable, even in the shoulders. I wear this coat once it gets below 45 degrees F and until it's below about 20 F - keeps me warm in those temps with various layers beneath. Blue is pretty - would love additional color options too though.
