ProDown handles wetness, space handles multiple positions.

The North Face Women's Tephora 20 Degree Down Sleeping Bag has features that keep you warm, dry, and comfortable during your car-camping adventures. Its 550-fill ProDown insulation absorbs less water and dries faster than traditional down to help keep you warm in cold, wet environments, and an anti-compressible layer of HeatSeeker Eco insulation at the underside makes sure you don't feel the cold ground throughout the night. A women-specific comfort mummy shape provides more room than standard mummy bags so you can move around instead of just being stuck lying on your back.

The Tephora also features a shaped hood for extra coverage and a draft collar to keep the cold out. The full-length zipper comes either on the left or right side. A vaulted footbox makes sure your feet don't feel squished, and the storage sack keeps this bag lofty and ready for many trips in the future.

    Left me hanging.

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This bag was used on a 35 deg night, wearing winter clothes, in a tent on a 3.5" inflatable down filled mat and hypothermia began to set in within 30 mins. Luckily I climbed out and got in a Western Mountaineering 20 deg bag and was warm without even having to zip it up. Backcountry claims I "used it", but thank God after damanding to talk to a manager they accepted it for a return. Northface does not warrenty bags not purchased through their store. This is a 40 deg bag at best. Do not take this out on a cold night. It's dangerous!

    I'm in love

I am very impressed with this sleeping bag. I have only used it once so far but it was a huge improvement.
I used it in Joshua Tree NP this past weekend (mid December) where it got down to 30* F. I never woke up cold, and the bag warms up quickly as well. I was able to lay on my side and roll around quite easily. Combined with my thermarest pad, I was very comfortable and never felt cold from above or below. I even had to toss off my socks and sweatshirt. I am so excited to be able to enjoy one of my favorite parks even when its freezing outside.
Can't wait to test out colder temps.

    Great for side sleepers!

This is my first "expensive" sleeping bag I have ever had. I have always loved camping but wanted to replace my older cheap stuff with nice stuff. Anyways, this bag is so warm! I went to Moab, UT for a few days and it dropped to freezing temps at night and was raining/snowing as well. I am a side sleeper all the way. Rarely do I sleep any other way. I could roll around in this and was totally fine. My dog wanted to jump in the bag as well! I am 5 ft 2 in tall and 120 lbs. I just got the regular size and had little bit of room. Since it is women's specific if you're average height I would get a tall size. It might be a little tight with a regular size.

I like my sleeping bags roomy I guess since I have never had a mummy type bag before. I did have a sleeping pad on the ground as well and my backside never got cold. I would recommend this bag to anyone! Also, it did get a little wet from my wet dog laying on me but I never felt the moisture so that's a good sign! When this wears out I will probably purchase from this brand again.

    Great for side sleepers!

Just to be sure, does left zip mean the zipper is on the left side and right zip means the zip is on the right side (when lying down in the bag)? I tend to sleep on my left side and am right handed but would prefer my zipper to be on my left side when sleeping.

You are correct. The "Left Zip" means the zipper is located on the left side and would be perfectly for a right handed person since it allows you to reach across your body.

Shoot me an email anytime you have questions!
