What size is she wearing in that video?

Looks to big on her

Yeah it does, I am hoping it is large, because I am about her size and that is what is on it's way for me.. I don't think I could manage in something larger. Probably should have gone with Medium. :(

Unfortunately I am not positive on the size that she is wearing- but the fit is entirely dependent on personal preference! I know some people prefer to have more room as in this fit, and others like the slimmer fit. Either works- and of course the slimmer fit will be a little warmer!

Lame. The woman can't talk? Or turn around?

Watch the first video. "Sunny" is wearing medium and it says she is 5'9 and weights 133 lbs.

I'm am a male and I was wondering if I were to get this jacket how would it fit.

Hey Matt, It really depends on your body type. If you have narrower shoulders then there is a chance this would fit. However, I would recommend contacting one of our experts for help finding a fleece designed for men.

Do any northface women's coats come in petite?

Annette, The North Face offers multiple lengths in many of their Women's pants, but unfortunately they do not offer Petite sizing in any coats. Let me know if I can help with anything else-- 801-736-6399 or llabar@backcountry.com.

Would this be a recommendation for a jacket for skiing? Would most likely wear a couple of layers underneath. Looking for something light with room for movement but that will keep me warm. Beginner skiing in Seattle in a week.

This could be ok as a mid layer but not as an outer layer. Fleece is very breathable. A shell over this and you would be fine for most days skiing in the PNW.

Thank you so much. I really appreciate it. Any recommendations for a good outer layer? I am so lost. This is all so new to me.

Hello, I just received this jacket in the mail & I'd like to exchange the medium for a large. Can you walk me through the process?

I recently had to do an exchange. I clicked live chat at the bottom of the page & they were happy to help and took care of everything!

Are these real north face brands? Why so cheap?

Hi Jammie, Yes, we are an authorized retailer of The North Face products- you can even verify with them to be sure! Since we do carry a lot of them, we do have a lot of sales. Same genuine TNF goods at a great price!

How is this cheap? Its the same price on north faces website as well as everyone elses website who sells the brand. Not sure why you're thinking otherwise.

Actually Sabrina it is $100 for this jacket at the north face store, Dicks sporting goods, and many other websites who sell the brand :) not sure if you know this

The North Face Osito2 jacket, in white, was $69.00, yesterday, and is NOW $98.00! Why did this jacket raise in price???

Hiya again Chris! If you see something on sale, don?t wait around to buy it. Sale prices are not permanent and special promotions often end within a few days.

When did this jacket go off sale?

Hey Chris! So they don't really give us a time frame of when the sale ends. It could be once the stock is out or it could be until spring time. Just keep in mind that if you buy one, and it goes on sale more.. You have 30 days to adjust the price :)

Hi - I just purchased this and am afraid that I went too large. I weigh 160 and am 5'9"". Based on that, what size should I have ordered?

Hey there, It will be entirely dependent on your torso shape! If you feel like you went too large, we can most definitely get you swapped out for a smaller size no problem. Just give us a call at 800.409.4502 or use our live chat feature and we can get that all wrapped up for you :)

I have the North Face Aconcagua Jacket from BackCountry. I have a medium and it's not snug (could have gotten small for a tight fit but I want to layer it) Should I go with a small? I'm also torn between this fleece and Mezzaluna fleece and the Oso Hooded fleece. I want something to layer with my jacket and wear in the Fall. Thanks!!!

If you want to have it more fitted then I would go with a small because I'm guessing you won't be wearing something heavy underneath it. The hooded one is mostly preference if you like hoods on jacket or not. Sometimes they can be bulky when layering with another coat so I would keep that in mind. The mezzaluna fleece will be a more snug fit and it will be a lot lighter weight than this jacket. This jacket is a little bit more bulky than others, but I've had one of these and they are super warm and sooooooo comfortable!

Does this jacket have a hood?

No hood.

Does this fit with the Tri-climate?

Same answer! The Osito 2 should fit about the same as the Mod-Osito. Depending on what Triclimate jacket you are referring to and what size you choose, either of these should work well!

Thanks

I have found with both the mod it's more of an 'A shape' and will work well with curves. Very flattering.
