Would definitely buy again...but hoping for 2 improvement!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Isabella after I decided to get an upgraded version. First of all, let me review the old one. Awesome backpack with its size and necessary pockets. The top small pocket for keys and headphone is definitely the best feature. The only complain is the water bottle pocket. It is too wide and shallow so my bottle often fell out in its own. Because of it, I have decided to go with the upgrade version which has a much deeper pocket. BUT the other pocket on the other side again is wide and shallow. Things can fell out easily! What is it for? What is the designer thinking? Another thing that bothers me is the zipper for the "middle" pocket. There is only one zipper head that goes all the way to one side which is not very convenient.

Its fine.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this backpack for my birthday last year for school. Its really sturdy but I have a really hard time fitting all of my folders on top of my computer in it. Also I have an issue with the water bottle pockets, if I have all of my folders and computer in my backpack and then try to fit my water bottle in the pockets my fingers always get crushed, the pockets are simply not big or stretchy enough. There is also two pockets on the side but if you try to put something in both of the water bottle pockets all of your folders on the inside get crushed and your computer won't fit. I would say that if you're planning on using this as a backpack for school, maybe look at one of their other designs but I would think it would be perfect for trips because the size and sturdiness of it is really good. Also this isn't their fault but if you get a lighter color it gets dirty, so especially if you're planning on taking it on a trip maybe buy a darker color.

Almost perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got back from my first trip with this backpack and I loved everything about it. Perfect size, very comfortable to carry (clearly designed for a woman's shoulder size, A+), just the right amount of pockets and zips. I just wish it had a trolley sleeve. Not a dealbreaker, but it would have come in handy for travel by train and plane. Day trips, it's perfect.

Would buy this again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted to get a bookbag that could withstand a little rain and this bookbag does just that. A good size for every day use and has enough space to put a pair of sneakers and gym clothes. Only issue if you put anything bulky in the front zipper pocket it makes it a little difficult to rearrange anything in the pockets behind it.
