The North Face Exploration Reg Tapered Pant is built from 93% recycled nylon with a non-PFC DWR finish, so it sheds light rain without sacrificing the stretch that comes from a 7% elastane blend. A tapered fit through the ankle keeps fabric out of the way on steep switchbacks, while two secure-zip thigh pockets and mesh-lined hand pockets keep gear locked down on rugged terrain. A roll-up, secure-snap hem adds ventilation on warmer days without changing the pant's length.
