Crestvale FUTURELIGHT Backpacking Boot

There are trails smooth and predictable enough to hike in your old running shoes. Then there are the more rugged and rocky through-lines in the mountains. The Crestvale Boot provides the cushion and protection needed to take on more demanding routes, allowing you to focus on the views and less on your footing. The ultralight FUTURELIGHT membrane makes these boots waterproof, while promoting excellent breathability, meaning drier and more content feet when you finally get to the campspot for the night.

Not worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bit disappointed with the comfort for the price. The shoe is very stiff and very uncomfortable. However it does keep the feet warm and provided good grip. It is not for every day wear.

Definitely recommend if you do landscaping/ mow lawns.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my father in law since he has his own lawn business. He goes through boots almost every month. Since they get holes or they just damaged from rocks and dirt... etc. well, he absolutely loves these boots!! He said they are super lightweight and he gets tons of compliments wherever he goes. He will be buying these for now. They are very durable and tough to withstand any weather conditions.

I will buy this product again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've worn them 3 times on the trails behind the house in wet rainy conditions and they're just perfect.. Light and comfortable. True fit. No break in needed. Can't wait to take them into the mountains. Love the color as well. I'll buy another pair soon.

Great boots for any weather!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super warm and waterproof. Sturdy boots. Fits true to size. Great boots to hike in any weather. We live in the PNW and get all of the seasons and they've held up great in all weather, rain, snow, wind and sunny weather.

Solid boot

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I rate them high but that's on fit alone. I didn't keep them because they are a serious boot. I was looking for a more casual walk/hike shoe and these boots are for much more than that.

These boots are very comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these boots. They are lightweight and comfortable and didn't need any breaking in. The grommets on the laces are easy to cinch. They look good. Have not tested the waterproof yet.

Too narrow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 2014 model had a wide toe box that suited me just fine. I wore out 2 pairs (wish I'd bought 5) about 6k miles between them in 6 years. The new model is improved in every way except the width of the toe box. I have to go up from 11 (old boot size) to 13 for the width at which time my feet are swimming in them. Very disappointed

Seems to be good, need more time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The boots seem sturdy and durable, but not as lightweight and lacks mobility in comparison with an older pair of North Face boots I own. Overall they seem like quality boots, but I need to more time to break them in
