Good purchase
The bag's design is simple, featuring numerous compartments. It is lightweight, and the most interesting part is that it can be used as both a tote and a backpack.

2 weeks and should strap stitching came undone, no refund.
I used this tote for 2 weeks as a personal bag on planes, I carried an iPad, water, passport and snacks. I used it mainly at the airport and while on the plane, well after that trip the stitching started coming undone. I was told to send it to repair, so I did, but the warranty department just sent me a gift card for the cost of the bag. I lost time with customer service, driving to town to mail it, customer service again, and I ended up without bag and without my money, because TNF things that they should hold my money and force me to buy more of their products. Disappointing and abusive policies. Most of my gear is from TNF, but I'm not buying nor recommending the brand anymore, I'm done with these big companies taking advantage.

Comfortable Fit.
Everyday use! Traveling around in New York is tough, however with this bag I can carry everything I need all day, wide strap makes it easy to relieve pressure.

Needs some improvement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I typically love all North Face products, but this was a little disappointing. The bag is well-made overall. The outer lining is a little thin though, so you can see the inner fabric through it. Maybe they could've used a lighter color inside so that it wouldn't look so funny. Also, the bag is boxier than expected.

Nice weekend bag but a few flaws I'd like to see changed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good size and lightweight for quick weekend city hopping train trips, but when it's packed full the straps are really tight to use it as a backpack. Too bad the straps aren't adjustable to make it more comfortable. Also the top zipper does not feel very strong when the bag is pretty full. Hoping it will last because I like it as a weekend bag for riding the rails around Europe. I like that it wipes clean very easily.

Nice bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the space in this bag. I bought it as my baby's diaper bag. Light and easy to keep organized. Great that i can use it as a tote bag or as a back pack.

Great as carry-on bag with family
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this bag as a carry-on bag for a trip with kids. It was perfect for that and also used it going to the beach, nice that it can get wet and dirty and will be easy to clean. I am excited to use this summer too. Only thing is I wish the straps were a little longer or able to adjust because when you use it as a backpack it sits up high on you back and is a little uncomfortable but all in all very happy with this bag!
