Been searching for years for a carry on like this.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't even own this piece of luggage, but I've added it to my wish list and am reviewing it. I travel a lot, and I played with it in the store and am pronouncing it the carry-on I've been searching for. It's solid, but not heavy when empty (ahem, I won't mention other brands that already feel full before the bag is packed). The handle feels industrial, in a good way. The clam shell design is almost unheard of in soft-sided luggage, and I find it the most efficient way to pack. And the outside zipped pocket is perfect for stuffing in my wallet, passport, and phone as I'm rushing to pass through the security check at the airport. One caveat - this is a two-wheeled bag, not a spinner. I have personally tended towards spinners, thinking they are more advanced, but in this case, I would go with the two wheels. The lack of two additional wheels seems to leave more space for packing and the feel while rolling is better. As soon as my current bag wears out, this will be my go-to.

Put it in the overhead bin.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice rolling bag that should work well for me for years. I am pleased with this purchase even though it does not appear to hold as much as I would like it to. It is showing as 40L and I think I get the same amount of travel needs in my 30L backpack. All that to say it will still work well for me and is nicely made.

I would definitely buy another bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome bag!! Airlines destroyed both last NF roller bags with some real effort put into their destruction, wheel ripped off handle extended then tubes bent so it couldn't close!! Ripped. All good airline stuff

Absolutely
Got the precious version of the carry on and the large one, it's been beaten pretty hard and it's still going strong. Very spacious and very robust wheels on it. Can't recommend enough and looks amazing.

Best carry-on suitcase ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been on two trips so far since purchasing the base camp rolling thunder 22 and absolutely love it. Best carry on I've had. I personally don't like luggage that rolls with 4 wheels, so this 2 wheel base is perfect for me. Also fits way more than it would appear, the separate compartments inside are great!

Will buy a 2nd for my other kid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It would be ideal if this were slightly smaller as it is a bit larger than the allowed bc it's over 9'' which is Alaska Airlines & American Airlines max. So far both Airlines have allowed the bag. The bag is very nice and spacious. I wish it had a sleeve for a waterbottle-used a carabiner last flight and clipped the water bottle on that way. However, I knew both of those downsides when I bought it so it's still a 5star bag.

Perfect carry on companion and weekend bag.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just a great size for weekend trips and especially you fly. Most 2 wheeled backs tip over easy when you attach additional items to handle like a backpack. This bag does not. Love the color. Love the semi soft side and hard shell combo.
