Good, but could be better
I really like the sole of these Tevas, loss off sorry on the heel and arch. I also like how beefy the doors are and the extra padding on the straps. The one thing that would make these 5 star is if they had the buckle strap closures, like my old hurricanes, instead of the Velcro. The Velcro can sometimes be uncomfortable and it gathers debris and wears out much faster than three rest of the shoe. Please bring back the old hurricanes using this newer footbed platform.

Only good for dry climate around town-not a true hiker
Initially you'd think you found the holy grail. They are great for going to the bar. But the pad on the inside captures moisture and debris like no other. I will guarantee the majority of folks blisters if you do any kind of water/beach/extended hiking in these. Either sweat, that one piece of sand combined with water or whatever it may be...the design of these sandals was so close. The inside ankle pad is the killer. So unfortunate.

I would buy this product again.
I have narrow feet and typically have a hard time finding anything that fits. I had previously purchased a Teva water Sandler for my kayaking and those fit pretty well. I then decided to get the hiking sandle for all around wear. So far, so good.

Very good product, I'll be back.
Sandals went on the day they arrived and every day since. Most comfortable foot ware I own. They do seem a little big and the over the ankle strap a tad long but that's not a TEVA issue. My shoe size is 15AAAA, so I'm accustomed to slight misfits. As stated above these are the most comfortable foot ware I own and at 81 I still take daily walks on all types of terrain.

I will be buying these again
These are my go to sandals. I wear them as often as I can and they truly are built for everything. I wear them around town and on my hikes. I have worn them in the jungle hiking the Mayan ruins and through everything else. Great sandal and when they finally wear out, I'll be getting another pair. Definitely recommend!

Not made like they used to be
I wear these rafting, other water sports, around town, camping and short hikes. They are comfortable and have good traction. They aren't durable though. I was recently on a multi-day rafting trip in the UT wilderness. when crossing a creek, both heel riser straps pulled out of the sole on the left sandel. They were just glued in. Luckily I had a backup pair of shoes to wear, otherwise, would have been a disaster. Going back to a competitor that also has seen a decline in durability.

Little Boy sizes
Love this shoe - great support and comfort for an all day wear while walking or playing in the backyard. The reason I gave it only 2 stars is that this shoe doesn't come in a size 15 anymore. The reviews say it runs big so I ordered the size 14 but sadly it doesn't run big at all - heel all the way back and toe completely to the edge, no matter how loose I make the strap on the back side. Teva, please make some big boy sizes so we can enjoy these sandals!

Bring on the Summer!
I'm looking forward to the Summer season, wearing my Teva Terra Fi 5's! They look and feel great! They can be worn at any occasion, from the beach to a formal dinner! They're the most comfortable footwear I've ever owned! If you're on the fence about buying these, don't hesitate, just jump off the fence and score a pair. You'll be convinced as soon as you strap them on!
