Wide but low profile and hard midsole
TL;DR: boots are quite wide, but low profile, and have very little cushion in the midsole at the ball of the foot. Not as good as the women's model. I bought the men's Grandview since the women's model is just barely wide enough for my foot and I wanted just a hair more volume in the boot. The men's boot is absolutely has more width, but the boot feels like they took the same amount of fabric for the upper and just put it on a wider base, resulting in a lower profile fit that wants to crush my foot flat. Worse though is that the midsole is very hard specifically at the ball of the foot, which is not the case on the women's. I tried using the insoles out of my other pair of Grandviews with no change in the comfort just walking around the house and outside; I can not imagine how painful these would be on an actual hike. It is very rare that I say this, but the women's boot is actually a better design on this shoe, even with the slight fit issues I have with it. I don't understand how this boot is so much worse in the mens fit. I will be returning these and continuing the hunt for a boot that actually fits my foot right

Durable and comfortable
I thought they were all leather, I can see why the use of other materials around the toe. All in all a good shoe!

This is my third pair. I wear them everywhere.
When I first discovered these boots, I felt as if they were designed just for me. I wanted ankle support in a lightweight, comfortable boot that was wide enough in the front so my toes were not cramped. Got it! I am often asked about them by friends and strangers. I wear them everywhere, not just for hiking.

Great boot
I really like this boot. It fits well, keeps my feet dry and does not make my toes sweat. I hope the design does not get changed as I plan to keep buying this one as needed.

This hiker is junk

I had my pair of Grandview GTX for just shy of one year and the tread lugs separated from the sole. Yes! They are two different materials and not one solid piece of poly or rubber. The stitching on the side has also blown out. I contacted Teva and sent the boots in but they rejected my claim because their manufacturing dates was older than my purchase date; less than one year. You need to do better, Teva, on standing behind your products, manufacturing defects and customer service.

Not quite as pictured
I have had these hikers for all of two days now and cannot say that I like them. The lace eyelet in the tongue is a stupid idea. Makes it hard to pull laces snug after managing to get my foot into the shoe (not exactly easy since the heel pull-up loop is non-existent!). As sold, the laces are skinny and much too short to make a decent tie. Next, the LEFT boot has the metal eyelet pushing against my arch......very uncomfortable! There is no interior padding to stop this. On a positive note: The sizing is true and the wider toe box is a welcome improvement. I have found very little "slop" inside the boot and my heel stays put. Now if only the heel loop was there.....

Sized differently than Ridgeview
Bought these to replace my Ridgeviews which had fit perfectly in the same size but had fallen apart after a year of use. These are much more snug on the sides of my feet. I thought they just needed to be broken but no luck. I now wear them without the insoles to get more space. I may just donate them. I wish I would have stuck with the Ridgeviews. I thought I was upgrading. My fault for not getting the right size. But still frustrating.

Excellent fit and comfort. Love the color and weight of these boots. Tread is awesome so far. I wouldn't change a thing.

Super comfy right out of the box
Exceeded my expectations, a little bit wider in the toe than my typical shoes but I love the change and extra room!!
