    Find your freedom.

Tackle your favorite stretch of country road with the exceptional comfort of the Terry Bicycles Women's Breakaway Shorts. These fitted cycling shorts feature a nylon-spandex blend for a smooth, stretchy feel with moderate compression, giving you the benefits of muscle stability and support when you're climbing hills and blasting down back roads. The wide, elastic-free waist and leg bands provide a secure, pinch-free fit when you're riding for hours at a time.

Equipped with Terry's newest Fleet Air chamois, the Breakaway Women's Shorts offer seamless padding for longer jaunts and spirited rides alike. This Italian-made chamois features a four-way stretch and multi-density foam padding, both of which ensure a smooth, chafe-free feel with ample padding for longer rides. Lightweight microfiber fabric promotes ventilation while simultaneously reducing its thickness profile at the inner thigh to combat irritation.

I tried on 5 Terry shorts for comparison.

I ended up keep these Breakaway shorts along with the Peleton Hi Vis.

The Peleton had the best fit and feel overall, and these were a very close 2nd.

The rise is a little bit shorter on these, so I am worried the waist may roll over a bit while riding, but aside from feeling a little short they felt almost as comfortable as the Peleton, so I decided to keep them, too.
