Why We Like The Sweet Protection Apex GORE-TEX Jacket
As its name suggests, the Apex GORE-TEX Jacket sits at the top of Sweet Protection's ski shell line up. This insulated shell features durable and breathable GORE-TEX waterproofing and premium PrimaLoft Gold insulation, which nearly matches the lightweight loft of down while being much more tolerant of snow and sweat than a down jacket. Designed for skiing on and off piste, the Apex also features underarm zippers to vent away extra heat and moisture as well as a tuck-away snow skirt and hand gaiters with thumbholes to prevent powder from flying up any opening. That gives us the Sweet Protection we need to enjoy days in the backcountry and at the resort.
