Is it supposed to leak from the top if you lay it down sideways ?

I bought this about 3 weeks ago. My straw cap is stuck. I haven’t been able to open it since I bought it. Only way for me to open it is with a knife but that has caused me to scratch the top of the cap. Is there a way that I can a get a functional cap that does not get stuck?

Love it, keeps my beverages cold for hours. And the little hanger is super convenient

My son loves his water jug! It keeps his water, ice cold during outdoor practices! It holds enough water for him to get through his practices! This is a TX summer must have!

64oz leaks when it falls over

Don't waste your money if you want something that can fall over without leaking. I just got the 64 oz and it leaks every time it falls over. We use it for going out and football for my son and had I known it was going to leak I wouldn't have spent the money. I asked my sister who also has a 64oz and she confirmed hers also leaks. No problems with the smaller sizes, just the 64 oz.

I love my 64oz flip straw Ice flow jug! Me and my hubby love them so much we got 2 each different colors of course... we carry it every day, to the gym, church, shopping, our second one we brought for each other is for our long trips traveling! You have to invest in this jug, this little baby stay cold (all) day and ice 🧊 last me 2 to 3 days but really hard ice up to 2 days! That 3 day still ice and cold drinks but ice still strong but trying to melt! But water are drink still cold! You rock Stanley💪🏾💯❤️

It’s a good thermos but I went with the largest size.

I had the 64oz and gave it to a friend because I wanted more capacity. The 96oz is perfect for me because I can put 2 quarts of LMNT water and then have room for ice.

Save your money

After doing my research and reading multiple reviewing stating that Stanley cups were the best at keeping any drink cold for hours and keeping your ice for longer I decided to purchase the Ice flow flip straw, 64oz jug. But to my disappointment this jug did not measure up. After only 3 hours I noticed that all of the ice would be fully melted. I thought, maybe it the shape of the ice so I tried different shaped of ice and filling the jug with more ice than water but I always got the same result, melted ice. I don't know if I got a deflected item but I am very disappointed. The jug is also extremely heavy. I have purchased different water bottles and this by far has been one of the worst.
