Teach A Man To Bleed His Brakes..

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Bleed a man's brakes, he'll have stopping power for a bit, teach a man to bleed his brakes, he'll have stopping power forever. For the cost of bring your bike to a shop to have them bled a single time, you could pick this up and learn to do it yourself.

Literally everything you need to bleed them, its not hard to do. I'm an intermediate, self taught mechanic who has learned everything from Youtube. Super easy to do. Took me a bit when I first learned, now am able to bleed brakes for buddies and they're stoked on it too!

Let me know if you have any questions on bleeding your brakes or if you'd like to pick up a bleed kit yourself - my direct line is 801.204.4547 or you can email me at cojohnson@backcountry.com

    when you need them!

For the advanced mechanic, this kit makes bleeding a break line simple and effective. This brake bleed kit is everything you need to ensure you’re stopping abilities are up to speed. Made of hard, dense, plastic, and includes the syringes, brake separators, dot 5 brake oil, and extra brake screws and press parts.

      Way, way easy.

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I ended up doing an un-intentional back to back test bleeding SRAM Force 1 and Shimano 685 Road disc setups in one evening. Armed with both bleed kits and YouTube videos, I was able to get the Force 1 setup easily bled in barely more than minutes. The Shimano bleed took twice the time and seemed to involve amateur gymnastics. All the parts are included along with plenty of fluid.

      A must for home mechanics

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

A bleed kit is a must for keeping your brakes in top working condition. This one has everything you need, including DOT fluid, to do a full brake bleed on SRAM Guide brakes.

There are 2 different types of bleed ports depending on which generation of Guide brakes you have. This kit includes syringe fittings for both.

Everything you need to get to stoppin'

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Great set to make brake bleeding easier than ever. I use this for the Guide brakes on my mountain bikes.

Different bleed blocks ensure you have the right ones for your brakes, and the syringes make the whole process mess free.

Here's a great video for bleeding Guide brakes.
