    Order a half size up

Bought these for my daughter, she lives in Raincouver. She said they are perfect for the light rain there and easy to put on compared to her Hunter boots. She usually wears a 7.5, she ended up ordering up half a size. Also, the leather is stiff but it does soften after a few wears.

      LOOKS OVER Anything

      • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
      • Fit: Runs small
      • Size Bought: 7.5

I bought these for a sister-in law as a Christmas gift but was disappointed, you would think the brand would live up to its rep but this was not the case. The look is really nice but after couple months of wear it feels very uncomfortable, like wearing a rain boot and it does run small.

Ordered a half size up. Perfect.

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

      • Size Bought: 9

After reading reviews I ordered these boots just a half size up (I usually wear 8.5 and ordered a 9) and I have worn them every day since. I think I only had cold feet once. These boots are much lighter than most Sorel boots I've had. Other than that, they're waterproof and durable just like a Sorel should be.

"This boot runs small compared to other Sorels I've purchased. I recently purchased a pair of Sorel Pull On Slimboots and they fit true to size. This pair I purchased in the same size (8.5) and they ran almost a full size too small. I ended up giving these to my daughter and she's worn them almost every day of the winter to walk to and from the school bus. While they are not meant to be as warm or burly as traditional Sorels - they definitely keep feet dry and cozy in short stints outside. For the coldest days, wear your regular Sorels for extra insulation and boot-height. For getting around in the light snow or slush, these are perfect. "

Let me tell you about these boots

Because I haven't made enough money to give my mom everything in the world, like she deserves, I picked up a pair of these as one of her Christmas gifts. She really liked them a lot, but they ended up being small on her, even after sizing up. She normally wears a 9 in most shoes, but the 10 was still too small and narrow for her. Great shoes though, ill be returning them and getting a bigger size!

        • Size Bought: 7

This boot runs small. I am usually a 7.5 and I ordered a 7. I absolutely love these boots. I wear them casual or on my way up to ski, Ive had them for a few months now and they still look brand new:)

        This is Nick's wife Lynsey:
Got these boots for this winter in SLC to wear out and about in town when I don't want to wear my heavier duty sorels but need something waterproof to stomp through the light snow and slush. These are perfect for that! I ordered the black and after getting my sizing wrong several times finally found the right fit. These run different than the standard sorels. I have the classsic 1964 style sorels in size 7 and had to order an 8.5 in these. I would say order 1 to 1.5 sizes bigger.

        Buy Bigger

        • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
        • Fit: Runs small
        • Size Bought: 9.5

These boots are incredibly comfy, but i had to buy a whole size larger!!!! If you can try on Sorel brand 1st somewhere just to confirm your size it may be best. Otherwise these boots are comfortable and useful when its cold outside.

        Yes!

If you follow the recommendations and size up, these boots are PERFECT. They are nimble and light while still being warm and weather-proof. They were perfect for east-coast snow and now I'm wearing them in the So-Cal rain storms (yay rain!). I wear a six but sized up to a seven; I wear them with medium-thick socks.

...and extra points for not being L.L. Bean.

        Gave this as a gift:
"I received these for christmas and have worn them multiple times. They are my go to boots in the snow for casual attire. They do run slightly smaller than what i generally wear. I usually wear a 5 but sized up to 5.5 due to reading other reviews. I think that sizing up a half size was perfect for me. I can wear a medium weight pair of socks without it feeling too tight. If you are wanting to wear a heavy pair of socks, i would suggest sizing up a whole size. I absolutely love these shoes. They are everything i had hoped for."

Gave these boots to my sister for Christmas. Perfect ankle boots for walking around campus during slushy Wisconsin winters. Order 1/2 size up or so because they run small.

        Cute!

        Quick and Easy Boot

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Got this boot for a quick and easy pull on waterproof boot. Love it to death and have pretty much worn it since I got it. Super cute with any outfit for work, but also great for a quick trip to the store! Only down side is it is not insulated, my feet get pretty cold in the snow. I would have sized up to get a thicker sock in there if I had known.

        Cute, but awkward height

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times
        • Fit: Runs small
        • Size Bought: 11

I got these boots for Christmas, and as cute and effective as they are I do have some issues with them. Mainly, I have never before had to size up a full size in Sorel's, but with these shoes I had to size up from a 10 to an 11 to not only get my feet into them, but also to be able to wear ANY sort of sock with these boots. I also don't particularly enjoy how they rub the underside of my ankle bones if I need to lace them up tightly. Besides these two issues, I really like the look of the boots, and the traction I have even while walking on ice. I used these as hiking boots the other day and was able to walk up and down snow dusted ice at the trail head while my boyfriend struggled to stay upright wearing his hiking boots.
Pros: cute, high quality, awesome traction, easy to get on and off
Cons: hit right below and rub against my ankle bones, had to size up a full size, not good for deep snow
