I got these for my boyfriend for Christmas, but ended up giving them to him early because it started to get really cold (he lives in a cabin in the mountains). I'm glad I did, since I swear he hardly ever takes them off! They're amazingly comfortable and soft inside, and--from what it sounds like--they're super warm. The soles seem really durable, too, so I'm sure he'll have them for years to come.

I've had these for 2 years now and am dissatisfied, but because I received them as a gift from my gf, I have had make do. I can't believe she spent $65 on these. I'm ready for a new pair of slippers this year and am NOT going to get these again! They are hard to put on, the lining is synthetic, not even real wool, so they ball up and are not that warm... and they smell. The exterior and sole is of good quality and has held up fine, but the interior is cheap and not very comfortable. Don't waste your hard-earned cash on these crummy slippers.

Great slippers! I wanted a replacement for my 2 year old Sorel Flacon Ridges, the insides are just starting to wear out, and wanted something a little taller for running outside in the winter. The Manawans are great, nice an warm, with just enough height to run out in the snow.

Just ordered my second pair in case they are discontinued. First pair is 2 years old and still looks like new. Very comfortable and well made and size seems true altho that doesn't seem to be the case for some reviewers. You will love these slippers!

I bought these slippers fo rmy husband for Christmas after plenty of thinly veiled hints. Since they arrived, he has worn them around the house non-stop and can't stop singing thir praises. For the past 21 years we've been married, he has worn the same pair of leather slippers with furry lining....... these Sorel slippers have completely replaced these ugly foot covers (AWESOME!!!!!!! THANKS!!!!!).
They are warm, comfortable, and have a rubberized sole. They seem to be very very well made, very warm, and very durable. I predict they'll be his favorite for the next 21 years!

This slipper did not fit as expected. The fit was too narrow and the slipper mouth to placing one's foot inside took some pulling force; I was expecting a very fitting resolve from the posts that I read previous to mine. However, the treatment and look of this slipper seemed rather firm and rugged.

After 350+ days of everyday use as a shoe, camp outs, hiking and snowboarding trips (in the woods, mountains and snow), these slippers are nearing the end of their run. Living near Atlanta, Ga, the hot summers have melted the soles some, and the harsh environments I wear them in have added to such wear (which can be seen in the picture). I have not worn anything but these slippers for almost a year, aside from a wedding and recent rainy days (because of the holes), and can so testify to their superior durability. I'll be wearing these amazingly comfy and durable slippers to the store tomorrow to buy another pair! I hope Sorel never discontinues this model because I'd buy them for the rest of my life!

You found them. Best slippers ever made! I got these slippers for my boyfriend for his birthday. We live in Tahoe and I don't think he's taken them off since I got them for him. Perfect for casual use - around the house, taking the dog for a walk on the beach, getting the mail, etc. He even wore them as camp shoes in Joshua Tree and did some rock scrambling in them! The sole is versatile and the fact that they come up above the heel (not like a mule style shoe) makes them so much more useful since they don't fall off. He says they're the warmest shoes he's ever put on. Seemed pretty true to size, maybe a half size big.

After trying on several slippers, these were the ones that he wanted. I order them on your website and TWO DAYS LATER THEY WERE HERE! He has been wearing them since Christmas and still says they are the best slippers ever.

I'm rating these on behalf of my boyfriend. Bought them for him after looking around at LOTS of slippers. He lives in the mountains, as I do, and has wood/tile floors in his house. It's cold. He wears them EVERYWHERE. I mean, everywhere. After work, slippers go on. Around town, slippers. Driving to work, slippers. He can run outside to get firewood, or something out of the truck, no big deal as long as its not flooded. Snow - no big deal in short distances.
He has a pretty wide foot, high arch and he's suuuper comfy in these. True to size in length. Wears them without socks like I would wear uggs or after snow boots.
If you want a high quality slipper that's really warm, I think these are well worth the $$$.

These Sorel's are great slippers. They keep your feet warm - and I mean warm. I really like 'em.
They are light weight, look good and are easy to wear wherever you go. I just don't want them to get old.

One of the best slippers I have owned. I wear them everyday both indoor and outdoor. Mostly indoor but I hang out in the yard and run to the store in them. I have worn them in a foot of snow with no issues. Light powder, no slush. I would say this is the best indoor/outdoor slipper. 80% Indoor/ 20% Outdoor.

Wow, these are awesome and keep your feet nice and toasty. These have become my go to shoes around the house, all day everyday!!!

First-rate in comfort and appearance. A couple things to note: they do run a little small. I bought a size larger than usual and it was perfect. Also, the leather is treated with something that is REALLY STINKY. They need to be removed from the box and relegated to the garage for about a week until the smell goes away. Then enjoy!

Bought 2 pairs as gifts and they were very appreciated! It has only been a week, but the recipients love them so far. I would suggest ordering a size larger than typically worn. That is a given with most slippers........which I did and they fit perfect. Rec'd them quickly - even at Xmas time. Thanks for the prompt service!
