Strange sizing
Very confused. I normally wear a size 6 women's. They say they run true to size. Sorel doesn't start making these boots for women until size 7. So went to kids to get a size 6. Too big. Now at a size 5 and still feel like my feet are in giant slippers.

Warm
Classic look and Super Warm. Love the way these look and they are super warm. The liner is removable to help the boot dry quicker. Learned this when the liner got stuck to my foot from all the sweat. It is a little hard to get a very tight tie on these but not to big of a problem.

Sore ankle with a lot of walking
I wore them two times and they were reasonably comfortable. The 2nd time I wore them for a 3 mile walk in the snow and these caused a large bruise on my right ankle area. While I was walking I thought it was going to be raw skin when I took my sock off because it burned so bad when walking. Thankfully just a bruise. My right ankle could barely be touched for a couple days. I was able to wear my low bean boots without problems. I assume the leather on the right boot just needs to soften up some to I just wasted a lot of money on a boot that I will not be able to wear for long walks in the Vermont snow. I do love that my feet stayed warm and dry. I am going to give it a couple weeks before trying them again.

Warm and cozy!
My favorite winter boots! They are so warm and cozy and good quality compared to a pair I purchased a few years ago. They are slightly heavy but not bad considering it’s a rubber boot. For sizing- I usually wear between a 9 and 10 for boots so I got a 9.5 and they fit great

comfort
I wore them several times and they were reasonably comfortable. Then I wore them for a 5 mile walk I've been doing for over 19 years. My old Sorels never gave me a problem. The new ones chafed my ankle bones and gave me blisters on the ball of each foot. Now my right ankle can barely tolerate even the old boots. The new ones are more stiff and tight than expected.

Not made like they use to/Insoles don’t fit right
I had bought a pair of the insoles for a boot they no longer sell (I can’t find them anywhere) and the stitching was the best and they also seem to have too much material on top because both insoles are bunched up on top of my foot making the boots unwearable. I have a size 8 boot and bought a size 8 insole. I had to return the 1st pair I bought because the guy gave me the wrong size but now I will have to make a 3rd trip to bring them back again and have to find a new boot that will work. The older things Sorel made have been great but now I am going to have to find another brand of boots. I live in Northern NH and it is very cold and snowy here. It’s too bad because I have been buying Sorel boots for 40 yrs.

Warm & Dry in Michigan Winter
Bought these boots for my cold and snowy Michigan winter. They have worked great. They have kept my feet dry and warm. They are a little on the heavy side. I ordered a size 7.5 and have room for thick socks.
