Whether you're headed out for a tour or simply enjoying fresh corduroy at the resort, the Smith Mirage Helmet offers up performance and comfort for all-day shredding. Its lightweight shell combined with a foam liner provides protection without the weight, and the unique honeycomb-looking material, Koroyd, further enhances impact-resistance while keeping the helmet's weight low and promoting ventilation. Multiple vents equipped with an adjustable slider system makes it easy to dump hot air if the day heats up and close the vents again when the temperature drops and the wind starts to whip. The fit is easily adjustable, too, thanks to a dial at the back of the helmet, providing a secure, comfortable feel.

Sweet helmet! Comfortable/ Lightweight!

Got this bad boy on sale a few weeks ago. Super fuzzy warm inside, comfortable , light weight yet I still feel protected ! It does kinda give you an egg head vibe .. but it does the job! Got a small and it felt smaller than normal.. still fit but for me no room for a hat underneath or a thin layer

The one negative I found
The one negative I found with his helmet is I wish they would make it easier to install speakers into the earmuffs

Works Great in a Crash
I sadly only got to use this helmet for a few weeks before taking a pretty bad fall on the hill. But I'm really happy I had it as the mild concussion I got would have been way worse otherwise! I'm planning to reorder the same one as it did its job well (and is very comfortable and warm!) I don't recommend the falling but I do recommend the helmet!

I am between a small
I am between a small and a medium. The small is definitely too small and a medium is slightly too big. The ear pad came with a ripped seam and Smith replaced it immediately- great customer service. Overall pretty pleased with this helmet. Love the speakers that can be inserted into the ear pads.

Safe and Affordable
The Mirage helmet is lightweight, stylish and most importantly, uses MIPS (the most advanced) technology. All this at a very reasonable price point.

Love it!
I love the features and the color! Mainly the adjustable vents, adjustable tightness, and removable fuzzy ears. I’m glad I went up to this model for those conveniences, but don’t feel I’m missing anything for my level of resort skiing.

Great fit for my wife’s
Great fit for my wife’s first helmet. Even with non Smith brand goggles it leaves no gap between them. Nice matte finish white that goes with a thing.

My mirage fit extremely well
My mirage fit extremely well to my head, the tightening feature ensured that I wouldn’t have to worry about it being too large. It has vents so I can change the temperature when on the hill easily, I took some fairly knarly falls the last couple weeks and I got out with a slight headache. Overall would but this again.
