The Challis Sunglasses are a sleeker, smaller version of the ever-popular Carlson sunglasses, and they feature Smith's remarkable Techlite polarchromic glass lenses. Polarchromic combines glare-free polarization with tint-adjusting photochromic technology for the best optical experience that Smith offers. Techlite glass offers water-friendly protection and natural scratch-resistance, and Smith coated the glass in anti-reflective and water-resistant coatings for a long-lasting optimal performance. The frame features lightweight Evolve material, rust-resistant stainless steel spring hinges, a wraparound eight base curvature, and hydrophilic nose and temple pads for a secure grip.

For a smaller face and bigger fish

Live in Colorado high country and I can sight fish with these better than anything else I've tried. Got a smallish face so the 'guides choice' model was out of the question and these fit like a glove. My job requires that I'm catching every detail in the outdoors and when I had a pair of these frames with the copper mirror lens stolen from my golf cart I made it 24 hours before I had to replace them for my sanity. They hold well on my head when I run and cross country ski. Smashed my face face into a a windshield in a snow plow and popped out both my lens and the frame and lenses were fine- not even scratch Never have trouble tracking a golf ball flying high in this thin air up here.
