The Sea to Summit Sentinel XP2 proves a larger footprint doesn't have to cost storm performance. The same 40D polycarbonate-coated nylon floor rated to 25,000mm and the same 50mph wind stability that define the Sentinel line carry over at 2-person scale, so two people get the identical weather protection a solo XP1 camper relies on. Twin vestibules add up to 19.6ft², nearly double the XP1's per-person vestibule space, giving two people room to store packs and wet gear without crowding the sleeping area. A 42.9in peak height and steep walls keep the shared interior livable through a long, wet stretch, and the same fly-first pitch and dry takedown protect the inner tent through setup in the rain.
