Great trail shoe
5th pair of peregrines. Lace eyelets are improved from previous version. Nice toe box and perfect cushioning without being too soft.

Saucony to the rescue
Bealls (where I bought the shoes) refused to make things right. Happily and thankfully Saucony stepped up to the plate and really went above and beyond. While I had to be extremely diligent, the end result was satisfying.

Love the tread!
The peregrine 14s regular shoe strings are a vast improvement over the quick tie technology of the peregrine 13. I love the tread pattern! I can use them for road running or turf. After 2 decades of long and short distance running these are my favorite.

Great trail shoe
I bought the Peregine 14's for a trip my wife & I were taking and was 100% pleased with them. No break in was needed & the provided excellent grip and stability.

too tight around the ankle and longer than size 9
Looked great but the size 9 was too big compared to an older model of Peregrine 14's I found in a second hand store. Also they were too tight around the ankle, too high also. The heel felt higher and my ankle balanced closer to the front of the shoe. I think this is considered the 'offset'? I had to return them even if I really didn't want to

Great tread for dirt and gravel.
I have had these trail shoes for almost three weeks and so far I love them. They seem very well made but my last pair started to separate at the toe at about 7 months so I will keep an eye on these.

Heal cracks and becomes a Rock Collector
I’ve got less than 150 miles on them and this is my 3rd or 4th pair of Peregrines. I’m not a fan of the split heal in the back. It starts out fine but it quickly becomes a crack that just holds rocks under my heal.

Big lugs, Strong Uppers, Run faster, Confident.
Bought these as an extra pair. I had the REI collab edition that I trained in. Ran both pairs for the 2024 Leadville 100. Swapped at mile 62. Great lugs, good support and decent mid sole drop for a flat-footed runner like me.

Great off road traction and support
Great show I got the muted blue color . I love trail runners for actually off road hiking which is what I bought them for. They have the stabily for uneven terrain but breathe well and don’t have the overkill of hiking shoes as I go on hikes and walks that are 1-3 hours .
