Great Running shorts
This is my first pair of Salomon shorts. The waistband is super comfy and doesn’t dig in. I like they are lightweight. They do not have a tight compression type fit. The inner short did ride up a little but not to the point of being annoying. I didn’t like the way my phone felt in the side pocket, it didn’t feel very secure and pulled the shorts down a bit. Note I do have a smaller iPhone. This is not a huge drawback for me since I can also put my phone in my running vest/pack. I think it would be fine for hiking or walking. Overall I am satisfied with the fit and comfort. I will probably also purchase a black pair.

Size up
These are really small in size meaning they aren’t as flowy as you’d hope. Definitely size up!

Best shorts
I love those shorts! They are great for trail running and hiking. Very comfortable, you hardly know you have them on so much they feel like a second skin! I only wish there were more colours to play with .

Soft and comfortable
These shorts are extremely comfortable for running or hiking. The spandex was not as tight as I was expecting and my phone bounced a bit while running. I will definitely be wearing these shorts for hiking or shorter runs when I don’t bring my phone. For reference I am 5’3” 125 lbs and bought a size small. It runs a tiny bit on the larger side, but not enough for me to have ordered an XS.

Great Pair of Shorts
This are light weight. I love the lining underneath. it would be great to have two pockets either side instead of just the one in the shorts. The outer layer doesn't seem to ride up when running. You need to go up a size with these.

Love it!

Light weight
First off, I’m not a fan on running shorts because of the fit. But these were the best ones I’ve found. I like the stretchy fabric under the shorts - definitely prevented chaffing. The pocket on the right side under the shorts were perfect for my phone and easy to access through my run using gps on the trail. I hope they never discontinue this style!

Super light
I love my shorts! They make me run faster as I do not feel them on, they are super light and breathable!!! I am in between sizes S and M and I ordered S as I didn’t want them to look like a skirt! They fit but M would probably fit too if I wanted it to be slightly longer.

Comfy
I bought these shorts to go on vacation. They are comfy and because the legs have the grip at the bottom they don’t rise up. Kinda looks like you have a skirt on but you really have shorts. Got a medium and they fit fine
