Shoe issues
One shoe lase hook broke after the first day wearing them. And the rubber is peeling off at the toe.

Recommended shoe for light hiking
Recommended shoe for light hiking in late Spring, Summer, Autumn. Will not do for snowy terrain. It is quite soft, and has very good cushioning. The ankle support is adequate, as it should be for a light hiking shoe. Off course that means that it is not adequately supportive for overnight trekking with a heavy backpack. The padding in the gusset is moderate, I would preferred it to be more padded, but it goes with the shoe being light. Toe Cap is adequate. The side walls are soft you can sometimes feel a rock or a thorn which could penetrate. The breathability is fair, waterproofness is good. The grip by the Pomoca sole is very good, it wears down evenly. This is the second pair, the previous pair lasted for a good mileage, 310km, and it still holds well, but the grip is by now moderate in steep terrain.

Bad lace design
Construction is pretty good but the lace design is poor. Only had the boots for about a month and bothe laces have wore through from rubbing on the holes

Great Mid-Level Hiking Boots
I love these boots. So easy to break in and have hike four times with these in Southwest Colorado near the San Juan mountains.

Great hiking boots from the beginning, very comfortable. Lots of compliments from pretty girls is my favorite part of these boots.

Lightweight and comfortable
Lightweight and comfortable. Purchased these to use with milder temps and less technical terrain for hunting. I used these on a 12 mile hike with a 50lb ruck and they were fairly comfortable the entire way. The only issue I had was my left pinky toe was pinched and I ended up getting a blister on it. Have not test the gore Tex waterproofness of the boot but otherwise pleased.
