Perfect summer hiking pants
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Size Bought:
- 5' 10"
I wanted a lighter hiking pants that fit good and these are it. The fit is very nice, loose around the crotch and upper leg and then tapers down nicely below the knee. Would look better on someone with bigger thighs) Since these are climbing pants by design they have these stretchy perforated fabric in all the right places which feels like it’s gonna keep the pants cool in hot weather. I honestly can’t find anything wrong with these pants, maybe I would prefer better belt loops but I guess these have something to do with climbing harness, I’m not a climber so don’t know. Make sure you get your size right. If you get your regular size it will be too big. Follow the size chart - it’s spot on. If your measurements shows you are small then get small if you wear medium all your life) I also got the same model shorts. Those are great too!
